Our Valtellina salami

This salami is obtained from selected lean pork meat, carefully cleaned, coarsely ground, salted, seasoned with spices, enclosed in a synthetic tube, and aged. When cut, the slice is red with white fat speckles, with no tendon bits, compact and solid.
